Templates for use on Google Mail and Fresno Messaging

The templates are created for internal communications only with use of Google Mail and Fresno Messaging platforms. If you have any questions or would like to request a new template for your Department/Division/College or Program, please contact brand@csufresno.edu

You will be provided with two templates as described below.

Access to the existing templates can be requested by emailing brand@csufresno.edu 

Email Template with Photo Banner

Divisions/Offices/Independent Departments (such as Police, IT, etc.) can request a template that consists of a banner with three photos and a standard footer linked to fresnostate.edu 

Colleges/Departments/Programs can request a template that consists of a banner with one photo and a standard footer linked to fresnostate.edu 

Email Template with Text Header

Divisions/Departments/Offices/
Colleges/Programs can request a template that consists of a banner with the name of the entity and a standard footer linked to fresnostate.edu
